carries softball star to Yankee Stadium

balls at the Home Run Derby in Yankee Stadium tonight, Raelynn
Nichols
will be one of them. She is one of two Bay Area girls at the All Star
Game, competing in the Pitch, Hit, and Run Contest. -- Congrats Raelynn

What
a tremendous weekend ! We played a 14U tournament with half of our 14U
team and half of our 12U Black team and held our own quite nicely. We
won our first elimination game against a quality Florida Havoc team
3-0. We then went to the semi-finals against a quality Sarasota
Spitfire team, again taking a 3-0 lead into the last inning. We were 3
outs away from going to the Championship and unfortunately, let that
one slip away 4-3. All in all, a great experience for our younger
players and a great time had by all!

thought I would share the results of the Pitch Hit and Run.
All
of these girls will move-on to compete in the Super Regionals, with a
chance to compete at MLB’s All-Star Game in New York’s Yankee Stadium.
